American Express does not intend to reimburse upgrades (moving to another class of service), but will reimburse a fee to select a specific seat. American Express will not reimburse WiFi if billed by a third party, but may reimburse if UA bills it directly.
We do have one fresh DP of a successful reimbursement for a UA Economy plus subscription made on 2/9 here.

UA TB has not been reimbursed since 2/5 (and including those from 2/9 which is the same date as that purchase) so this DP, while it's only a singular one, is not encouraging.

ETA: I have checked all other airline credit fee threads to see if there were/are issues with any of the other airlines receiving credits. There were no DPs reported since 2/5 on any of the other airlines aside for one purchase over in the AS thread. The fact that the purchase there was made on 2/12 and was reimbursed within a few days as expected is not a good sign for the TB transactions either .
