Connections are doable but tighter than I would like - about 2.5 hours. If I could expedite at all it would give at least one chance for a shower along the way (so we dont offend other travelers if nothing else :-) )
With 2.5 hours I really wouldn't worry and definitely wouldn't blow $450+ on 5 star service. That's plenty of time.
Just as an example I had a similar T5>T3 connection last week of only 1:45, we had an on-time arrival into T5 and the normal wait for the bus and security and I still had a solid 45 mins of lounge time at LHR T3.
