There are lots of positives in this thread and I don't need to reiterate them. OP - I really hope you enjoy that lovely long flight in the big seats of the A380.

Just to you're prepared, there is one downside to the A380 F experience for me, and that's that the IFE on the A380s is quite old with a small screen, definitely not HD and can sometimes not work at all. Before my last F in an A380, LHR-SIN, I bought an iPad a week or so before the flight, downloaded a few films and I'm really pleased I did because it meant that the poor IFE didn't negatively impact the flight. Just one to be aware of. Otherwise, enjoy!!
