Get into the PJs offered after take off - if that’s your way of relaxing
If travelling with someone else do the buddy dining - where one of you can safely sit (there is a seatbelt) on the ottoman at the end of your seat.
If you’re into your wines ask them to a wine flight and enjoy the tasting.
Eat whatever you want - even multiples from the same course if they can spare it - whenever you want. Best to set your expectations early so they can reserve what you want. Beware however that higher status holders might get first dibs on some items.
On arrival - if before 1400 - go the Arrivals lounge which has a Concorde Dining Room and showers of course. I think there is infinity bathroom too but haven’t ever tried it.

The A380 seat space is massive and it will be very comfortable.
Enjoy!
Wine flight?? Is that really a thing in F?

Whatever the marketing pretensions, this ain't fine dining. They completely forgot the Amuse-bouche on my last F segment, so the notion that they intentionally have anyone close to sommelier standard on board is... questionable... In any case, what could you pair with a very overcooked steak?
