Just a small correction, it is also available on the 777 with the older seat/pivoted tv (as was on my recent return from Doha).

OP:

as other have said, make sure you tell the CC is your first time in First and they will ensure to give you the full experience, albeit I have noticed on my last two flight (to and from Doha) an higher level of pro-activeness by the CC that I did not get previously:

Without even asking if I had flown first before, after consistently calling me by name, introducing themselves and the rest of the crew, explaining about the Free wi-fi, dining on demand, if I wanted the PJ and what size, if I wanted to be woken up for breakfast or not and also to let them know when I wanted my bed made.

Now, I am not sure if this is due to up-training that has been discussed in the recent past here or it was route dependent, but in the past (flying west to Mexico or USA, last time in June 2025) did not get the above consistently, even when there were only 3 of us in the first cabin.
