Last year the issue began with purchases made from 2/17 until the end of that month. The credits for 2/17 didn't come until 3/7 and then those for 2/18 came on 3/12, and then the rest of the month slowly trickled in. March credits were a bit faster at about 11 days and then in April it was back to normal.

No, there were no DPs of this last year during the time period where it took ~3 weeks for UA TB to be reimbursed, unless I missed it. All credits were delayed.

I'm assuming you're talking about this year 2026 because we have DPs of that, but for last year 2026 we don't. Nobody reported receiving reimbursement for other incidentals while those who purchased TB were still waiting.

ETA: If you go back and read about last year's issue, it was not just UA TB purchases not being reimbursed, it was all airline incidentals. Plus everyone were waiting equally as long for Dell, wireless, Global entry and other benefit credits, so it was rather an Amex system wide issue that took several weeks to resolve. In this case right now it seems to be that only UA TB is targeted.
