OMG i just had a gin and tonic on another airline and she just handed me the gin/tonic/plastic cup! Didn't realize til I got back to my seat so patiently waited for next drink service to ask for ice. They were out! LHR-BOS. Not the first long haul where they've "run out" of ice. Surely they are not out right? I thought the wet ice was protected by dry ice?

At least it beat the time (on AA) where I could not get a screwdriver or any alcohol for breakfast (i mean with breakfast lol) because the carts had already been sealed up!
