I have a FFC that doesnt show up on my main account info. I found it using the PRN and it says I need to contact Customer Service in order to use it. I dont really understand the unique nature of this one FFC, I have never had any issues with them before. Is this my only option, or can I possibly convert it to something I can use online by contacting CS? I assume it wont be all that bad if I just plan a trip and then contact CS with the cart number for them to apply it.
I believe I have read that I cant combine FFX and TB for a single reservation? If I go the CS route, would THEY be able to do all that?
I have two of these - so annoying, I’ve been putting off calling.
But what is the “cart number” ? Is there a way to make the rez online and hold it for them to look up (without paying the hold this fare fee) ?
