No, they can't. You can convert your TB to an FFC by booking a non basic economy, non refundable ticket and canceling after 24 hours and then both FFCs should be able to be used together. I've done it for myself but I'm not 100% sure it will work for you given the fact that your FFC seems to have some sort of special conditions attached to it being that you can't simple use it yourself online and need to call.
