purely my speculation, is that IF BA IT capable and it will be depends how many points you are short of and what is in the pipeline in regards of future bookings. The first part is total unknown... We must not forget that before this year the process was mostly distributed across the year so BA had a certain number of request for each month. In this new system most people year end is going to be the same so do we think BA wants to deal with this? I believe for some high value customers (BA has an idea who can be in this group and I dont think I can tell you a suprise that it can be Gold and not all GGL categorised as high value, hence Im using this term this way.) they will extend it, etc. IF they receive hundreds or even thousands of requests there is 0 chance.
