Maybe read what I and others in this thread and multiple other threads on FT have written. You are asking for seats on a TATL
itinerary and should be able to do so via Whatsapp. Ask for an agent when the chat bot comes on. It will give you a prompt asking for your PNR, name, email, phone number, and requested seats. Might take a few hours or more for them to reply.
EDIT: Wait, unlike everyone else in this thread, you aren't flying EI TATL. EI isn't in oneworld (anymore) so oneworld rules don't apply.
