Two week grace period for status relevant Tier Points
Does anyone know if the 'unofficial' two-week grace period still a thing now that we've all been moved to the April 1st reset?I’m going to be short of Silver on March 31st, but I have a flight in early April that would close the gap. In previous years, the service centre was usually happy to backdate flights within 14 days of the reset to help you over the line, but I'm worried the move to the standardised fiscal year has automated that flexibility away.
Has anyone had any luck getting a manual adjustment recently?
