Well not in this particular case ROKNA. I sent an email attaching my boarding pass to the Concierge team. Flew six days ago. EI booking EI metal. Advantage fare.
Also, as an aside, I queried with them why I was group one and my four year old and nine year old were allocated as group two. Impossible for them to have their own reservation due to their minority. It's just very odd.
