I don't think Cardless, unlike Wells, will offer Bilt 2.0 cardholders direct access to its system. It probably isn't paid enough in its deal with Bilt to take on the responsibility of providing customer service to Bilt 2.0 cardholders.

It appears to me that the payment due date in Bilt website/app isn't up to date. I wouldn't be surprised that the first billing cycle could be chaotic. For example, my current balance indicated on Bilt website/app doesn't match what I've spent or the sum of all charges listed in Bilt.
