I travel across major cities in Europe and Asia and stay almost exclusively at PHs and the odd Unbound / Andaz in terms of my stays at the major chains. For this profile of stays, I find Globalist by far the most valuable of the major statuses given you can stay at almost luxury level properties with benefits like guaranteed suite upgrades via an SUA and 4pm check out. The only serious competition as far as I'm concerned is i) IC Royal Ambassador (but I don't really like the IC or Kimpton brands) and Marriott Ambassador (but again other than older St. Regis properties and the odd Luxury Collection/RC/RC Reserve, it's difficult for me to get excited about most properties in the Marriott portfolio). In cities where there is no Park Hyatt, I can just go independent / GHA / FS / MO etc.

Hyatt excels at providing a smaller portfolio with high average quality, it sounds like you may prefer a larger portfolio footprint and not be so hung up on quality (a $200-350 per night hotel is not really a luxury hotel to be clear) so perhaps consider Marriott.

PH Dubai is currently undergoing a renovation so rooms won't be dated very soon and personally I like the location (it's a question of priorities). I'd take it over any of the Marriott / IHG / Hilton properties other than Bulgari.
