Just chiming in with an update. I used the $100 30k Milestone Perk (thanks to all the boosts I was able to reach 30k much faster than I normally would have with organic flying) and I then went to the SFO lounge last week and paid in person for the $200 upgrade to the Lounge+ membership.*

ETA: Using my Plat Card for the $200 for the Airline Fee Reimbursement
