This one (i.e. purchases made on 1/12 not crediting) remains a head-scratcher to me. I'm wondering if you and your colleague have perhaps been doubly unlucky -- not only missing the automatic credit that should have happened shortly after your purchase, but also not benefitting from the normal retroactive "sweep" of missing credits due to the change of policy or implementation that seems to have happened around 2/6 . . .
