Being an retired IT guy here in Switzerland, I can tell you that LH can't come close to competing for IT folks in the market. But, I think we've even chatted about that in person.
I worked with a young guy at the last job who had worked earlier for LH's IT. He mentioned that the conditions were pretty bad. There was some pretty stringent micromanagement apparently.
