Flew TPE-HKG-YVR-YYZ with a almost 5hr layover in YVR. Since the HKG-YVR flight was on time, asked the HKG concierge to work with YVR to put me on a earlier flight. Soon as I landed, Concierge called and moved me plus upg cleared. Got in on the last flight instead of a red eye. And the upgrade got moved as well and cleared.
