The Aspire credit is a completely different type of credit than the Plat airline incidental fee and you will most likely be reimbursed, but it will prove nothing about the Plat credits. Successful credit (or lack thereof) should be reported in the appropriate thread for the Aspire card which I have linked in my post above.
