Thats a tough call. If you want the Aman experience go for Java, the porpoerty is AWESOME and its my favorite property. If you are going for outside stuff I'd go to Cambodia.

I found Amansara too small. The rooms were great, service excellent but the property was too cozy. I enjoyed the Raffles across the street a great deal more. Larger pool, plenty of restuarant choices, excellent staff.

Cambodian tourism is growing by leaps and bounds....I'd go NOW and save Java for another time. I'd go back to Cambodia in a second but I'd stay at Raffles.
