This is a shout out to Cindy and the YVR concierge team. They saved me this morning after AC304 (YVR-YUL) was cancelled. They rebooked me via YYZ and made sure my connection to DCA was till possible. In a twist of fate, the flight they rebooked me on (AC102) was cancelled just as I arrived at the YVR checkin. The concierge team quickly rebooked me again onto AC104 and worked with the gate to clear my upgrade. I’ve had a number of good experiences with the YVR team, but they went above and beyond this morning.
