Seems like the front desk staff lacks experienced leadership here and is very young.

Our check-in got pushed until 4:45pm with no apologies, nothing offered to make it up to us (until after an email was sent to corporate), and then they misplaced our bags on top of it. We were there as early as 11am, and I saw several people who came after us get rooms before us, despite our status. We also weren’t given a straight answer as to when our room would be ready, as we waited for 2 hours on property and had to keep going up to check.

Then on the back-end, they didn’t have our late checkout marked appropriately (despite being confirmed by 2 different people at the front desk) and we were locked out of our room. After getting the late checkout reapplied, housekeeping then came into our room while we were in it despite the do not disturb sign.

Seems like they should shift check-in time to 4pm if they can’t consistently hit the 3pm mark, especially since there are lots of Globalists who stay here and utilize late checkout.

Other than the several service mishaps, the property was nice and centrally located. We also enjoyed the breakfast and thought there were a lot of options.
