Seems some Crew seem to be confused with the ever changing standards and routines, and even catering seems to get mixed up between cheese and no cheese on trays. I appreciate at short notice on Band 3/4/5 there may be top ups required due to numbers going up and sometimes they just don’t have the right meal/tray set up available on the top up van, but reading through here there seems to be a bit of a mix up on offering on some flights.
