My biggest air travel gripe is not with an airline, but SAN: Airport authority spent $3.8 billion replacing terminal 1, adding miles of 2 and 3 lane dedicated roadways, which now feature 3 one-lane choke points. What is the point of driving at near highway speeds to then wait in a parking lot to check in, pick up arrivals or leave terminal 2. Just waiting for someone to find a way to blame this on ALK management.
