In my opinion, I think there is a 3-day soft block for Globalists. Hence, the app doesn't let you book for more than 3 days. For instance, Rio Rewards gave me a 4 night comp stay. The hotel has been hit hard by Globalists so it needs to increase revenue or reduce expenses somewhere.
An incognito window search of the hotel quickly disproves this theory.

I've found that if I search for specific dates, the search ends in a blank page. What works for me is to enter "Las Vegas" into the search on the main Hyatt page and click "Find Hotels", without changing any other field. It brings up the page with all the hotels. Click on the Rio "View Rates" and then I can change the dates and other fields to finally get results. Or go straight to the Hyatt Rio page using a search engine.

Type Las Vegas, and then click into Rio and enter your dates. Caution:If the Rio is sold out (i.e. March 3rd) then this search will still fail in the same fashion as through the app and standard search.
