Hello

In the last 5 days or so, I have been trying to help my friend booking a simple Y cash fare roundtrip ticket from KHH to AMS in June 2026. However whenever after selecting the flight and inputting the name and contact details, it always shows the message of


"We are unable to proceed with this booking.
One or more of the flights you have selected is no longer available. Please select different flights and search again. [15012]"

However the same fare is showing up again when searching again, and EF is showing the fare class is available for those flights (although admittedly POS HKG and NL as they don't have POS Taiwan).

Does anyone have any idea what is the issue and what can I do? I have tried different browser and computer/phone and the app, even tried in one or two 3rd party website and have the same result of showing the fare is gone during the process. Thanks in advance.
