Per the Front Desk Manager, this is considered a third party reservation since it was a wholesale rate booked through a travel agency. Third party reservations are not eligible for World of Hyatt benefits, including tier night credits and points for spend.
Is this a permanent change? If so, I am seriously disappointed.
I just made a booking at Mission Pacific and asked my concierge to add it to my account. It looks like FHR reservations don't automatically add to your account but rely on manual adding. So perhaps if you didnt manually get it linked before, there's issues?
