I stayed here about 11 months ago and it was a great stay,
Got upgraded to a suite as a Titanium member, welcomed by the front office manager who left me heaps of gifts like Ritz teddy bear, cocktail sets, fruits, biscuits etc.
While the property is abit old the rooms arent by any means super dated, its more the older ritz style with lots Wood throughout.

Had one of the best reuben sandwhichs from their lobby bar as well!
