I didn't get that question about my expectations for MileagePlus either, but I did get the same EWR-LAX upgrade questions as limey1K as well as a similar question about upgrading a SFO-SYD flight with combinations of money and miles.



Most of the questions focused on Money + Miles upgrade options, such as what to call that category of waitlist upgrade and where I'd want to see offered.
