Those meals from Amman look appalling. Not sure what the service standard is these days as it seems to be more and more on the whim of the IFL/M but I think its self defeating for crews on long flights like this to retreat to the galley (excluding mandatory breaks), never to be seen again as all it does is generate more work with pax using the call bell or going up to the galley.
