I think UA is playing games with PZ and zeroing it out at "upgrade" time (when the mainframe computer runs and processes upgrades). Yes, one data point, but many report similar issues. PN9 IN9 is basically as good as it gets without PZ being open. You'll likely get the upgrade but watch for PZ like a hawk! If you see it, drop the request and re-apply if other segments haven't already cleared.
