Probably because, according to them, they don’t include the tripe, heart or stomach mentioned in the lawsuit. And shoulder is acceptable to me, although technically not rib meat. Maybe they should have called it a sandwich sized pork construct on a bun with barbecue sauce and onions. But I think McRib sounds more fun and sells better.
