obviously lots of kids on board heading for a long night. Not the finest hour for the crew. Captain said it was outside their control, I suppose he meant the other airline pulling the part.

the App was as usual, useless. Got a text to use the chat function and told an email will come. I’ll sort my own accommodation out. Good luck everyone.
I had a colleague on that flight - not a regular flyer so will be interesting to see how he coped with the chaos(!). I presume this is a slam dunk TECY?
