I wish someone on the inside could tell me why luggage delivery at T5 is so consistently terrible - someone once said it’s because BA management has such an awful relationship with the union responsible but I’m not sure if that’s true or not.
It must be possible to have a better service? At T2 luggage delivery is usually quick, even if you’ve come from one of the far, long-haul gates.
Another example (see BA website, see BA app, see BA group boarding…) of management simply not caring.
