United serves Perrier-Jouet for free in the PL.
American now serves Bollinger for free in the FL.

Seems like DL doesn't want to undercut their paid wine options so serves meh complimentary options.

Spirits are pretty equal between the three IME, obvious knock on AA for not having manned bars so no cocktails other than what you make yourself.

D1 Lounges (at least JFK and LAX) do have buffets which I like because the dining areas can get pretty jammed. JFK especially during the evening can get really crowded.

ETA, the JFK buffet is especially extensive with lots of options.
