When Polaris lounges opened I do believe that they were the best out there (from US airlines) -- yes they have aged and yes UA has removed a lot of the quality soft product... DL lounges are better now -- the typical leap frog improvements we've all gotten used to and I believe UA will hopefully improve in the future....
We visited the AA joint premium lounges at JFK last year -- was not impressed with the food or drink -- but it was a morning flight on JAL....
