Ah and I also

found a photo of the lamb from the previous flight! It was predictably overcooked and I wasn’t convinced by the pear association here but the meat was good. Starter was lobster so I’m not posting a photo again, dessert was the typically mediocre fruit.

In my view, the halibut is a better choice compared to the lamb, and the tarte tatin the better choice compared to the lamb. I've stuck to the lobster both times as I liked it despite it being a very "babyish" lobster both times and I have to give the caterers credit for the fact that the lobster hadn't been absurdly overcooked despite its small size.

I wish they made an effort on the fruit as in the way it’s probably the only element you find on literally every menu - be it a breakfast, lunch or dinner flight and getting fruit right (which airlines like CX often do) makes a big difference.
