Shouldn't EGE-JFK be an enhanced Basic Plus flight with ice cream/cheese for dessert? That flight is well over 1,300 miles.
I was going to say they need to save space given it is from a double catered flight, but it looks like all EGE mainline flights are on the 319 (at least at the moment and it's a holiday ski weekend) and I believe it has a similar size front galley to the 20F 321s. Maybe there is an issue keeping ice cream that cold through the first flight?
