FCO is still Band 3 ,so with plougmans, it should be drinks with nuts, meal followed by bar with tea and coffee on the bar, clear in and offer drinks throughout of course afaik.
Thanks, my flight was definitely run more like a Band 2. I wonder if crew have been confused with being given this new afternoon tea style meal on longer routes and just mimic what it is like on the shorter routes?
