In terms of how it is done in BA F etc.? Outside of cost, I don’t see AA adding another variable into the mix (e.g., extra plates and FA tasks) given that their entrees are all pre-plated with the sides. Also, I don’t know if that would even be feasible with the reduced galley sizes forthcoming on the 77W / in existence on the XLR.
I’d personally rather see them invest in a solid starter (the current J offerings are sub-optimal) and improve the wines.
