Halibut with invariably u seasonal vegetable side. Fish predictably overcooked and smoked fish consommé fairly tasteless comes with braised baby fennel (nice), leeks (very nice) and pearl onions (vinegary. Why???side veg (cherry tomatoes, vinegary res peppers and tasteless broccolini) should be served in July, not February.

Cheese plate. Stilll a mystery to me why ba can serve very nice cheese plates in F and for r a nasty Tesco basic selection on us in the ccr.

I don’t often post on the inflight menus as other people are faster than me at it but somehow was in the mood today’s LHR-jFK - nice meal and lovely crew, no complaint from me. The menu has been posted above. grande Dame is still very nice as is the Port. Wine list largely average, espresso poor. Would it hurt to buy mainstream pods again at £0.30 a piece or whatever they cost?
