Can anyone confirm how the meal service is done on the 777-300ER?
Current availability as below:

Does the rear cabin (19 onwards) get served separately from the central galley and, if so, am I more likely to get my first choice in, say, 20K than 15K (at the rear of the large, middle cabin)?
Do the crew also work forward from the central galley (ie, 18 then 17 and so on…)?
