I dug in a little. It gets weirder.

- Searching YYZ-TYO on the app or website, it finds the outbound and then says there's no return flights available.

- Searching YYZ-NRT, it'll find both outbound and return.

- Searching YYZ-HND, it finds the outbound, but won't show business on any routing including ANA metal, then shows only one AC option for the return, plus an economy routing HND-DEL-YYZ as the only other option.

Good news is, when I search YYZ-TYO on Google Flights, it'll show a variety of options, then let you deep-link into the checkout portion of the AC website, which looks like it'll let you check out.
