Honest question for frequent travellers:

My current "system":

- Flighty - tracks my flight, tells me gate changes, delays, etc (this part works great)

- Timeshifter - jet lag plans that I rarely follow because they're too demanding for my schedule

- Notes app - packing list I copy-paste every trip but somehow still feel like I'm forgetting something

- Calendar - reminders I set and then forget about or get lost in my other work notifications

The tools exist and I'm using them. But it still feels scattered.

Like the morning of a flight I'm still piecing things together from different places. Did I prep for jet lag? What's on my packing list? When do I need to leave? It's all there but... not connected?

Does anyone have this actually streamlined? Like one place where you know you're ready and not scrambling?

Or is this just what travel prep is and I need to accept it?

Would appreciate you guys' insights! Genuinely curious what works for people who travel a lot. Thank you
Why don't you ask ChatGPT the question it made for you? :-)
