They're playing similar games with me. It's just refusing customer service but with more shenanigans and lies.
Charge back? MCOL/Small claims court?
(edit: personally, I'm going to craft a Letter Before Action, send it recorded in the post, give them 14 days, then do MCOL (for UK261 compensation). I hope it causes more hassle for BA. I don't mind if it's more hassle or more expensive than CEDR for me. Their Kafkaesque systems and gaslighting is unacceptable.)
