The cheesecakes are made by Eli's cheesecakes, and are usually very good (they also make the pie-in-the-sky, and the Apple Bavarian Torte that was served a few years back). This one has vanilla mousse on top of the chocolate cheesecake. I had the last iteration of the chocolate cheesecake (2024) that United served, and thought it was pretty good, very smooth, creamy. Very chocolate forward as the base was chocolate, it had a chocolate fudge-like topping, and chocolate studding it. It ate a bit more like a thick chocolate mousse than a cheesecake, as I didn't taste super strong cream cheese, but this didn't bother me. I liked it even more with whipped cream added (from the ice cream sundaes).
