Come on AC--I don't want to book with a US company for the flight but if you can't even sell tickets on your own website (or app) for this, what would you expect me to do?
Just call in (they will waive call-in fees if the web site is glitchy) or use a travel agent (online or otherwise). Even as an SE (so minimal phone wait times) I usually just use Amex Travel when this kind of stuff happens.
