It depends. I flew this same route last week seated in 41F. I'm tall and legroom is THE most important aspect of seat choice for me (your priorities may be different). 41F & G have virtually unlimited legroom. But there are downsides to 41F & G. Just ahead of the exit is a lavatory and while you generally aren't close enough for the "smell factor," people waiting to use the loo tend to congregate at your feet. Also note the the crew uses the first overhead bin at the exit so it will be unavailable for passengers. (I believe that the opposite bin at 41A & B is not used by the crew). Finally, on the 764, the bins above the F & G seats are smaller and the bins above the middle seats are a LOT smaller, so how much you intend to carry on could be a factor.

Having said all of that, I would still take 41F over a comfort seat. YMMV
