Is this doable from arriving at Terminal E and needing to get out through passport and then back in to Terminal B for Piedmont / AA domestic?

I've read it can be easier to just get out at Terminal E and straight back in security there and walk round, or just out Terminal E, across the car park and into Terminal B security?

I've been through USA with my current ESTA previously so can use MPC and will only have hand luggage. I might even get Premium Economy to get out sooner. The BA213 usually arrives 30 mins early from LHR which may help if all goes to plan.

Doable?
Welcome to FT, Dal3D!
As others have said, you should have sufficient time. But in case you are delayed for any reason and miss your connection, does AA have any later flights from Boston to Rochester on the day when you are traveling?
